Our strategies
Private credit
In partnership with Apollo Global Management, the NBI Apollo Private Credit Fund offers access to private credit opportunities through Apollo Debt Solutions BDC—a U.S.-based, perpetual-life, non-traded business development company. The strategy focuses on directly originated senior secured loans to large corporations, broadly syndicated loans, and to a lesser extent, middle-market direct lending. This approach aims to generate stable income and long-term capital appreciation while enhancing portfolio diversification.
Private equity
The NBI Private Equity Pooled Fund provides access to direct investments in private equity with the simplicity of a turnkey solution. Its multi-strategy approach spans across vintages, industries and markets. The mandate aims to provide comprehensive long-term capital growth by capturing value creation within global private markets.
Real Assets
The NBI Real Assets Pooled Fund offers a highly diversified, income-generating strategy that provides exposure to infrastructure, real estate, agriculture, and timberland. Designed to deliver a blend of income and capital appreciation, the strategy also aims to reduce correlation with traditional equity and fixed income markets. It represents a unique opportunity to invest alongside leading pension plans and endowments, while benefiting from long-term inflation protection and resilient asset fundamentals.
