Mr. Rybakov joined Montrusco Bolton as Portfolio Manager for the International Equities strategy, bringing over 25 years of U.S. and international equity research and portfolio management experience, with deep expertise across global large-, mid-, and small-cap equities. Prior to joining Montrusco Bolton, he served as Chief Investment Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager for International strategies at Penserra and previously founded Blue Zone Global Investors, a boutique firm focused on high-quality companies benefiting from long-term sustainability-driven structural growth trends.

Earlier in his career, he led the launch and management of international equity strategies at RMB Capital, Keeley Asset Management, and Principal Financial, and held senior investment roles at Tradewinds Global Investors and Thornburg Investment Management. He began his career as a Research Analyst at U.S. Global Investors in 1999.

Mr. Rybakov earned a B.A. in Economics and Management from Moscow State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Orange County, California.
