The secret sauce of this strategy is that we have been early to identifying these secondary and tertiary markets where data center development is really at an inflection within North America. Being early to these ideas was something that we take a lot of pride in and is something that we think is going to really well position this portfolio now and for many years into the future. This team generates alpha by coming in every single day, trying to identify these opportunities where we can buy stocks at really attractive valuations relative to themselves, relative to their peer set, and then really focusing on those points of inflection in the future that will cause outsized growth relative to other opportunities within our investment set. One of the things that I always want to highlight about my team is that and this was done very intentionally is that all of us are not career investment analysts. We wanted to hire individuals that came from the industry that had that experience of being internal to the companies that we're investing in. And that in of itself is an incredibly important distinguisher for us and the way in which we implement our process in a day-to-day basis.
